Pastors Monte & Peggy Knudsen have a burning compassion for raising up leaders in the ministry, teaching parents how to raise their children, showing families how to manage their finances, how to become overcomers, and helping them to follow God’s plan for their lives. Their sermons are full of wisdom, knowledge, and compassion, with easy-to- understand steps from the Bible that truly change lives.
In ministry since 1980, they has traveled all around the world preaching, teaching and singing about what it takes to become a victorious Christian.  

My primary focus is our youth ministry. We love to work with teenagers! We have both been serving as youth leaders for several year. In July of 2024, we joined the staff at Faith Christian Outreach Church. We know that this is EXACTLY where God wants us to be. One thing that is clear throughout the Bible, there is no better place to be than in the middle of God's will. We are excited about the future God has for our family at FCOC!

Cheri serves as the Children’s Ministry Director at FCOC, where she is passionate about helping kids grow in their faith and experience God’s love in meaningful, memorable ways. Cheri believes that children are a vital part of the Church today and loves creating spaces where they can learn, worship, and build lasting friendships.

Before joining the team at FCOC in 2010, Brant worked in media for several national and international ministries. His experience includes developing radio broadcasts for churches and serving as the producer of the Empowerment 15 broadcast. Having been part of the church all his life, joining FCOC felt like coming home and provided the perfect opportunity to help launch satellite campuses and expand the media department in a greater way. He is married to his wife, Bethany, and together they have two children.

Michael is a passionate worship leader, musician, and digital creator dedicated to helping people encounter God through authentic worship and creative expression. With a background in music and years of experience leading others in worship, he combines heartfelt artistry with a modern digital approach to ministry. Through music, media, and online content, Micheal seeks to inspire faith, foster community, and share the message of hope with audiences both in person and across digital platforms.
